What we are (and aren't)

The Ticketers is a free ticket discovery and comparison site. We do not sell tickets, process payments or hold inventory. Every purchase is completed on a partner's website (HelloTickets or Ticketmaster) under their terms of sale — including pricing, delivery, cancellations and refunds. For booking issues, contact the partner using the details in your confirmation email.

Accuracy

Prices, dates and availability are supplied live by our partners and can change between your viewing a page and completing checkout. The partner's checkout price is always the binding one. We work to keep listings accurate but provide the site "as is", without warranties, and are not liable for losses arising from listing errors or partner availability changes — your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Content and images

Event names, artist names, venue names and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the events listed. If you own content shown here and want it corrected or removed, send a takedown request through our contact form — requests are honoured within 24 hours.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt to break it, or misrepresent affiliation with us. We may block traffic that does.
