Quick answers
The Real Thing Ticket FAQs
Dates, venues, prices and checkout details before you pick seats.01How do I buy The Real Thing tickets?
Pick a date on this page and complete secure checkout on this site. Tickets come from verified resale sellers, are backed by the 100% Buyer Guarantee and are delivered instantly by email.
02Are The Real Thing tickets refundable?
Refund policies depend on the event status and checkout terms. If an event is cancelled, eligible orders are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee; most events also allow transfers if you cannot attend.
03When do new The Real Thing tour dates go on sale?
New dates appear on this page automatically as soon as tickets are released by the artist's management. Bookmark this page and check back regularly for updates.
04Can I get The Real Thing tickets at face value?
These are resale listings, so prices can sit above or below face value depending on demand, venue and seat location. Buying early typically offers the best selection and pricing.
05Are The Real Thing resale tickets legit?
Yes. Every The Real Thing listing here comes from a verified resale seller and is backed by the 100% Buyer Guarantee — you receive valid, scannable tickets in time for the show or your money back. Tickets are transferred or re-issued electronically, so the barcode you get is the one checked at the gate.
06Why are The Real Thing tickets so expensive?
Resale prices track live demand rather than a fixed face value: when a The Real Thing show is close to selling out, prices rise; when sellers compete, they fall. Price also depends on seat tier, venue size, the day of the week and how close it is to the date. Booking earlier and comparing several dates usually lands the lower end of the range.
07Does The Real Thing do meet and greets?
Meet-and-greet packages for The Real Thing, when offered, are sold as separate VIP bundles rather than included with standard tickets. Availability varies tour to tour and city to city — premium packages, if listed for your date, appear at checkout.
08Can I bring kids to a The Real Thing concert?
Age policies for The Real Thing shows are set by each venue and may vary by city. Many arenas allow children with a paying adult, while some shows enforce a minimum age — check the venue's policy at checkout for your specific date.
09Can I get a refund on The Real Thing tickets?
Refund policies for The Real Thing are set by the resale seller and vary by event. If a show is cancelled, refunds are typically processed automatically to the original payment method; rescheduled dates are usually honoured on the new date.
10How long is a The Real Thing concert?
A The Real Thing headline performance typically runs 90 minutes to two hours, with the full evening — including support acts — running longer. The exact running order is confirmed by the venue closer to the show date.
