Two main formats are available: guided tours and free-ride sessions. Guided tours (30 or 60 minutes) follow a set route with a lead instructor, stopping at photo points near the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. You ride your own jet ski but stay in formation. Free-ride sessions give you a designated zone near JBR beach to ride independently at your own pace — better for experienced riders who want maximum speed. No prior experience is needed for guided tours — a 10-minute briefing covers throttle control, steering, and emergency stops. The jet skis used are Yamaha VX or Sea-Doo GTI models rated for beginners. Minimum age is 16 for solo riders (with parental consent) or 8 years old as a passenger with an adult driver. Life jackets are mandatory and provided.
