In just 60 seconds you ascend from the grand marble lobby to an observation deck offering unobstructed 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline, the Arabian Gulf, and the desert stretching toward Abu Dhabi. Level 124 features an outdoor terrace (the only open-air observation point on the Burj Khalifa) and electronic telescopes that overlay information about landmarks in your field of view. Level 125, one floor up, is fully enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass and a more relaxed atmosphere.
